Assuming no settlement is made beforehand, the court date for my Dart's lemon case is October 21.

In the unlikely event you do not have an attorney:

1. Be totally prepared for any/all contingencies

2. Research similar cases and case law in preparation

3. Have (in order) at least TWO (2) sets of all paperwork

4. Be fluent with all dates, times, places that may be relevant

5. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER admit guilt of any type OR in any circumstance

Yeah, it saddens me that I'm inconvenienced, but glad that it appears to be a rare issue. Keep liking your Dart; I'm not sure if I'll keep mine (if given the option), replace it with another one, or go to a different car.

The radio failed three times, knocking out the center console touchscreen completely. No actual fix, the dealer just replaced radios until it stopped failing.

Hehe, if I were in that situation, I'd either get the Mopar one because that blue is awesome....or a Mazda 6 because you get a lot more for your money....that's tough.

With the money I'm thinking is reasonable to end up with, I could either get a loaded Fiesta or a base 6. I'd rather take the Fiesta. Easier to park in the city, too.
